Royal Pine Homes

Bayview Heights is built by Royal Pine Homes, which Frank Carogioiello founded more than four decades ago to offer well-made homes at good value.

The company describes itself as family-run, with Frank working alongside his sons Steve and Alfonzo, and reports more than thirty communities built across Ontario.
